本标准规定了空气中的SO2、NOx杂质气体对质子交换膜燃料电池性能影响方面的相关术语和定义、测试平台及仪器仪表要求、测试前的准备、测试方法及测试报告。
本标准适用于燃料为纯氢（99.9%）、氧化剂为空气的质子交换膜燃料电池单电池（以下简称“燃料电池”）。
适用本标准所述测试方法的空气中杂质气体的体积分数不低于1 μL/L。
