本标准规定了氢气中含有的一氧化碳（CO）杂质气体对质子交换膜燃料电池性能影响测试方法相关的术语和定义、测试平台及仪器仪表要求、测试前准备、测试方法及测试报告。
本标准适用于质子交换膜燃料电池单电池（以下简称“燃料电池”）。适用本标准所述测试方法的氢气中杂质气体的体积分数不低于1 μL/L。
