本标准规定了水电站压力钢管用钢板的牌号表示方法、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书等。
本标准适用于厚度12 mm～150 mm的水电站压力钢管、蜗壳、岔管用钢板（以下简称“钢板”)。
