本标准规定了内河船舶系泊和航行试验的项目及其试验内容、试验记录与报告的一般规定。本标准适用于新建或重大改建（适用时）以柴油机为推进动力的民用内河船舶常规项目的试验。本标准规定以外的工程船、气垫船、水翼船及其他特种船舶和特殊装置与设备以及船长小于20 m船舶的试验可参照本标准规定编制试验大纲。
