本标准规定的热熔对接程序适用于公称外径由75 mm～630 mm的燃气和给水输送系统用聚乙烯（PE）管材及管件；单一低压热熔对接程序适用于壁厚不大于70 mm的燃气和给水输送系统用聚乙烯（PE）管材及管件的热熔对接程序；双重低压热熔对接程序适用于壁厚大于22 mm且不大于70 mm的燃气和给水输送系统用聚乙烯（PE）管材及管件的热熔对接程序。
