本标准规定了电动童车的通用技术条件和试验方法。注： 电动童车的安全要求满足GB 6675.1~GB 6675.4和GB 19865的相关要求。
本标准适用于预定供14岁以下儿童使用的电动童车。
本标准不适用于以下预定用途的电动童车：
--特殊用途的电动童车，如沙滩用电动童车、比赛用电动童车；
--公共场所、商业用途的电动童车，如儿童游乐场所使用的电动童车。
