GB/T 32538的本部分规定了带有内径为40 mm的圆环，且符合ISO 64892规定的牵引杆与车辆连接的连接环尺寸要求。连接环能够保证与车辆连接具备必要的水平和垂直旋转角。
本部分适用于垂直静载荷不超过2 000 kg，动态水平载荷D值不超过120 kN的连接环。
注：D值见ISO 6489-2。
