GB/T 32620的本部分规定了电动道路车辆用铅酸蓄电池的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存及行车状态下蓄电池系统性能。
本部分适用于以蓄电池作为主要动力源的电动汽车、电动三轮车、高尔夫球车、旅游观光车、电动摩托车等额定容量在32 Ah（含32 Ah）以上使用的铅酸蓄电池（以下简称蓄电池）和蓄电池组。
本部分不适用于起动用、电动助力车用、牵引用等其他用途的动力型蓄电池及蓄电池组。
