GB/T 33061的本部分规定了用平行平板振荡流变仪测定聚合物熔体动态流变性能试验方法的通则。其典型的角频率范围为0.01 rad/s~100 rad/s，也可使用此范围外的角频率(见注1)。用于测定以下动态流变性能参数：复数剪切黏度η* 、动态剪切黏度η′、复数剪切黏度中的异相部分η″、复数剪切模量G*、剪切损耗模量G″和剪切储能模量G′。
本部分适用于测定的复数剪切黏度典型值不低于10 MPa·s(见注2)。
