本标准规定了有关保健按摩器具（以下简称器具）售后服务的术语和定义、分类、基本要求、服务资源、服务要求。

本标准适用于保健按摩器具生产厂家，及其授权的服务机构（含保健服务机构）等开展器具售后服务工作；还可作为对保健按摩器具售后服务质量进行合格评定的依据。

本标准不适用于医疗按摩器具。
