本标准适用于以四氯丙烯、五氟丙烷等为原料，用气相法或液相法，在催化剂作用下和无水氟化氢反应，精制而得反式-1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯［HFO-1234ze(E)］，主要以单工质或混合工质用来替代四氟乙烷（HFC-134a）。
