本标准规定了移动式悬吊工作平台的术语和定义、分类及主参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存等。

本标准适用于具备行驶能力、采用吊笼运送作业人员到指定位置的移动式悬吊工作平台（以下简称MSWP）。本标准不适用于：

--擦窗机；

--高处作业吊篮；

--吊笼有垂直导向的人货两用施工升降机；

--流动式起重机。
