本标准规定了集装箱生产序列号编码规则和标记要求。

本标准适用于GB/T 1413所规定的集装箱，其他类型的集装箱以及集装箱辅助设备等可参照使用。

注： 该生产序列号作为产品出厂编号，也是该集装箱唯一永久性身份代码，作为相关方用于识别该集装箱的身份信息。
