本标准规定了额定电压交流1 000 V及以下、直流1 500 V及以下充电电气系统与设备的使用环境条件、额定值、电气安全、机械安全、充电接口和连接、接地装置、运行安全、电磁兼容、安全信息等。
本标准适用于充电电气系统与设备（以下简称系统与设备）。
注： 本标准为电气安全基础通用导则，相关要求若与产品标准要求不一致时，应当符合产品标准的要求。
