GB/T 33588的本部分规定了雷电防护系统部件（LPSC）的要求和试验为：

--接地极检测箱（端子箱）；

--接地极密封件。

接地极检测箱和接地极密封件也适用于危险环境中，安装于此条件下的部件要考虑必要的附加要求。

注: 不同的条件和试验流程都已在EN 124和EN 12531中给出。
