本标准规定了机心与指针的配合尺寸，适用于具有以下特点的带闹和不带闹指针式石英台钟和挂钟的机心：
--分轮管的外径在1.3 mm～3.6 mm之间；
--时轮管、分轮管、秒轮轴及闹轮管由金属和塑料材料制成。
其他类型的指针式石英钟机心可参照使用本标准。
