本标准适用于转EPSPS基因、PAT基因、BAR基因耐除草剂玉米和转Bt基因（Cry1A105、Cry1Ab)抗虫玉米中转基因成分的定性检测，也适用于玉米加工产品中转基因成分的定性检测，本标准规定的转基因成分最低检测限量是0.1%。
