GB/T 34015的本部分规定了电动汽车用动力蓄电池（或称动力电池)拆卸的术语和定义、总体要求、作业要求、暂存和管理要求。
本部分适用于回收利用环节动力锂离子蓄电池包和动力镍氢动力蓄电池包的拆卸过程，其他类型动力蓄电池包的拆卸过程可参照执行。
本部分不适用于汽车售后维修环节动力蓄电池的拆卸，也不适用于铅酸蓄电池的拆卸。
