本标准规定了电梯设备运行服务的总则、内容、设施、环境以及实施与评价。
本标准适用于公共场所使用的下列电梯设备的运行服务，其他场所的电梯设备可参照本标准执行：
a)〓曳引与强制驱动电梯；
b)〓液压驱动电梯；
c)〓自动扶梯和自动人行道。
本标准不适用于杂物电梯、家用电梯。
