本标准规定了电站锅炉本体、燃烧系统、汽水系统、烟风系统和灰渣系统等的设计及设备配置技术要求，以及节能和环保的指标和要求。

本标准适用于额定蒸汽压力≥3.8 MPa的燃煤、燃油、燃气的电站锅炉。其他电站锅炉可参照执行。
