本标准规定了多层复合塑料管材(以下简称管材)氧气渗透性能的两种测试方法，动态法（方法Ⅰ，仲裁方法）和静态法（方法Ⅱ）。
本标准适用于冷热水输送用多层复合塑料管材。单层塑料管材的氧气渗透性能测试可参照本标准。
注: 原理上，两种方法得到的结论相同。
