本标准规定了家用和类似用途的无线电能发射器（以下简称“发射器”）的术语和定义、分类与命名、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于单相器具额定电压不超过250 V的家用和类似用途的无线电能发射器，但不适用于无线充电类家用和类似用途电器，例如无线充电的电动牙刷、剃须刀、吸尘器等。
