全国电子设备用机电元件标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 166)
本标准规定了连接器的技术资料（电气额定值）、分类、结构要求和性能及试验。
本标准适用于无详细规范或详细规范引用本标准安全要求的，额定电压为交流或直流50 V～1 000 V，接触件额定电流不高于125 A的连接器。
对于额定电压不高于50 V的连接器可采用本标准作为可参考使用，在此情况下，电气间隙和爬电距离则参照GB/T 16935.1的规定。
本标准也可作为每一接触件额定电流高于125 A的连接器的可参考使用。
本标准不适用于在已有适用安全标准的设备内（或设备上）使用的连接器。
