GB/T 35010的本部分用于指导半导体芯片产品的生产、供应和使用，半导体芯片产品包括：

●〓晶圆；

●〓单个裸芯片；

●〓带有互连结构的芯片和晶圆；

●〓最小或部分封装的芯片和晶圆。

本部分规定了所需的电仿真信息，目的在于促进电子数据、电子系统电学行为和功能验证仿真模型的使用。电子系统包括带或不带互连结构的半导体裸芯片，和(或)最小封装的半导体芯片。

本部分是为了使芯片产品供应链中所有的环节都满足IEC 622581和IEC 622582的要求。
