GB/T 35010的本部分用于指导半导体芯片产品的生产、供应和使用。其中半导体芯片产品包括：

--晶圆；

--单个裸芯片；

--带有互连结构的芯片与晶圆；

--最小或部分封装的芯片与晶圆。

本部分规定了一种XML格式，该格式定义了数据交换所需的元素，满足IEC 622581、IEC 622585、IEC 622586的实施要求，同时对IEC 622582中定义的交换结构进行补充。

本部分也补充并兼容IEC/TR 622584中的调查表。
