GB/T 35010的本部分用于指导半导体芯片产品的生产、供应和使用。其中半导体芯片产品包括：

●〓晶圆;

●〓单个裸芯片;

●〓带有互连结构的芯片和晶圆;

●〓最小或部分封装的芯片和晶圆。

本部分规定了数据交换所需元素的EXPRESS格式；满足IEC 622581、IEC 622585及IEC 622586的实施要求；补充IEC 622582中定义的数据交换结构；兼容且补充IEC 622584中的信息表。
