本标准规定了肥料中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量的气相色谱质谱测定方法。本标准适用于复混肥料（复合肥料）、有机肥料、缓释肥料及其他氮磷钾肥料中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量的测定。
本标准方法检出限：邻苯二甲酸二甲酯（DMP）、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯（DEP）、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯（DBP）、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯（BBP）、邻苯二甲酸二（2乙基）己基酯（DEHP）、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯（DNOP）均为0.1 mg/kg，邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯（DINP）、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯（DIDP）均为0.5 mg/kg。
