本标准规定了自闭式液化石油气瓶阀（以下简称“阀”）的术语和定义、阀的型号表示方法、结构型式及基本尺寸、技术要求、检查与试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、贮运。
本标准适用于使用环境温度为-40 ℃～+60 ℃，公称工作压力不大于2.5 MPa，适用介质符合GB 11174 的液化石油气钢瓶上的自闭式瓶阀。
本标准不适用于车用液化石油气瓶阀。
注： 本标准的压力均指表压。
