本标准规定了垃圾裂化焚烧装置（以下简称装置）的术语和定义、型号与规格、要求、试验方法、检查和验收、标志、油漆、包装和随机文件。
本标准适用于低位热值大于4.18 MJ/kg的垃圾的裂化焚烧处理装置。单台装置适用的处理量为20 t／d到250 t／d(含上述上下限值)。
本标准不适用于危险废物的处理。
