本标准适用于载人潜水器在海上的实艇操纵性试验，载人潜水器在水池、湖上的实艇操纵性试验参照本标准执行。载人潜水器根据实际情况选取相应项目，无该项功能的潜水器可不做相应的试验。其他类型潜水器在水池、湖上、海上的实艇操纵性试验可参照本标准执行。
