全国家用电器标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 46)
本标准规定了家用和类似用途电器工业设计评价的术语和定义、技术要求、测评方法、评价指标、统计方法与分级。
本标准适用于单相器具额定电压不超过250 V，其他器具额定电压不超过480 V的家用和类似用途电器的设计评价。
注： 不打算作为一般家用，但在公众环境下使用的器具，例如：打算在商店、在轻工业和农场中由非专业人员使用的器具也可参照本标准。
