本部分适用于在特定应力或应变区间内应力寿命（S-N）和应变寿命（ε-N）的关系近似于直线的统计分析。
本部分不推荐以下两种情况使用：
a）〓SN和εN曲线在测试区间外进行外推；
b）〓在特定的应力或应变振幅下，用高于95%的置信水平进行疲劳寿命统计分析。
