本标准适用于化学试剂中微量硝酸盐的测定。靛蓝二磺酸钠(靛蓝胭脂红）分光光度法或目视比色法的检测范围为0.2 μg/mL～4 μg/mL(以NO3计）；马钱子碱比色法的检测范围为0.3 μg/mL～6.5 μg/mL(以NO3计)
