本标准规定了化学品线蚓繁殖试验的术语和定义、受试物所需信息、原理、参比物、仪器设备、试验系统、试验程序、试验有效性、数据处理与结果报告。

本标准适用于评价受试物对土壤中线蚓繁殖量的影响。

本标准不适用于挥发性物质，如亨利常数或气/水分配系数大于1、或蒸气压超过0.013 3   Pa（25  ℃）的物质。
