本标准规定了LCC直流输电系统高压直流换流站直流侧谐波的分析、抑制和测量推荐方法，包括规范相关的导则，还规定了直流滤波器性能推荐测量方法和直流输电线路中谐波电流在通信线路上感应产生的噪声水平的推荐计算方法。
本标准适用于直流输电系统中换流站产生的谐波频率5 kHz以下的电磁噪声。
