本标准采用凯氏定氮法和杜马斯燃烧法等两种方法，前者是测定蛋白质含量的经典方法，适用于各种林业生物质原料；后者是一种快速测定蛋白质含量的高效方法，在批量快速检测林业生物质原料时推荐使用。
