本标准适用于膏霜、乳液、水类化妆品中乐杀螨和克螨特的测定。
本标准高效液相色谱法对于乐杀螨和克螨特检出限分别为7 mg/kg、16 mg/kg，定量下限分别为20 mg/kg、50 mg/kg；使用固相萃取时乐杀螨和克螨特检出限分别为3.5 mg/kg、8 mg/kg；定量下限分别为10 mg/kg、25 mg/kg。
本标准气相色谱质谱法对于乐杀螨和克螨特检出限均为2 mg/kg，定量下限均为6 mg/kg。
