本标准规定了家庭用厨房油污清洁剂的要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。

本标准适用于由表面活性剂、助剂、溶剂配制而成，用于厨房硬表面清洁去污的洗涤剂产品，如灶台、油烟机等。

本标准不适用于通过摩擦作用去除油污的清洁剂，如去污粉。

本标准不适用于直接接触食品器具的清洗，如锅具内表面。
