本标准适用于机械产品及（或)零部件再制造工程系统 (包括产品回收、生产过程、管理方案、营销服务等)的综合设计，对于机电或电子类产品的再制造工程设计可参照执行。注： 机械产品再制造工程设计的对象是机械产品再制造全过程，包括定性设计和定量设计。
