本标准给出了一整套基于GB/T 36000—2015的社会责任绩效分类指引，旨在为组织研究和开展社会责任绩效评价，以及进一步开发适合自身需要的社会责任绩效指标提供统一的、规范化的技术分类框架。它既不提供统一的社会责任绩效评价方法，也不规定具体的社会责任绩效判定准则。
本标准适用于所有组织，无论规模和类型有何不同。
本标准不适用于认证目的。
