本标准规定了半导体照明设备和系统的光辐射安全分类、测量与评价方法。
本标准适用于主要发射波长为380 nm~780 nm范围内的半导体照明设备和系统（以下简称LED照明系统）的检测和验收。本标准不适用于婴幼儿与易感人群、医疗目的、以及汽车前灯等特种LED照明系统。
