本标准适用于核电厂安全重要电气设备的初始鉴定，也适用于设备鉴定变更后的再次鉴定。在地震荷载下仅要求稳定性或结构完整性的设备鉴定可参考使用。
注：本标准不规定特定设备的试验项目、需要监测的功能特性和验收标准。
