GB/T 36103的本部分规定了铁氧体制成的优选系列EER型磁心与机械互换性有关的重要尺寸，以及与磁心一起使用的线圈骨架的基本尺寸和计算这类磁心所用的有效参数值，还规定了派生标准（见附录A）的基本要求。
本部分适用于磁性氧化物制成的EER型磁心。
