全国金属餐饮及烹饪器具标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 410)
本标准规定了商用压力锅（以下简称压力锅)的术语和定义、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、标签、使用说明书及包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于公称工作压力为50 kPa～80 kPa，容积大于18 L且不大于50 L，用铝及铝合金、不锈钢板材加工成型的商用压力锅。其他金属板材加工成型的商用压力锅可参照本标准执行。
本标准不适用于用油进行压力煎炸的商用压力锅。
