本标准规定了碱回收锅炉本体、燃烧系统、汽水系统、烟风系统和碱回收工艺系统的设计及设备配置技术要求，以及节能和环保的指标和要求。

本标准适用于以制浆废液、石油化工废液、生物化工废液等含碱废液为燃料的锅炉。

以其他废液废气为燃料的锅炉可参照本标准执行。
