本标准规定了水体可见光短波红外光谱反射率测量的术语和定义、测量条件、测量准备、基本测量、配套测量、测量记录、测量数据处理和测量工作总结。
本标准适用于获取未冻结的陆域地表水体和近岸海域水体在380 nm～2 500 nm波长范围内的光谱反射率数据，波长在300 nm～380 nm近紫外范围内的水体光谱反射率测量以及其他未冻结海域水体的可见光短波红外光谱反射率测量可参照执行。
