全国电力储能标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 550)
本标准规定了电化学储能系统接入电网的电能质量、功率控制、电网适应性、保护与安全自动装置、通信与自动化、电能计量、接地与安全标识、接入电网测试等技术要求。
本标准适用于额定功率100 kW及以上且储能时间不低于15 min的电化学储能系统，其他功率等级和储能时间的电化学储能系统可参照执行。
