本标准规定了发光二极管芯片(以下简称“芯片”)光参数、直流电参数以及静电放电敏感性的点测条件和点测方法。

本标准适用于批量生产的可见光发光二极管正装芯片和薄膜芯片的检测方法。紫外光、红外光发光二极管芯片以及外延片的点测也可参照使用。

本标准不适用于发光二极管芯片的热参数和交流特性测试。
