本标准规定了工业用顺式1,3,3,3四氟丙烯［HFO1234ze(Z)，亦可简称为：R1234ze(Z)］的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以四氯丙烯、五氟丙烷等为原料，在催化剂作用下和无水氟化氢反应，或由反式1,3,3,3四氟丙烯［HFO1234ze(E)］异构化反应，精制而得的顺式1,3,3,3四氟丙烯［HFO1234ze(Z)］。
