本标准规定了公共图书馆对0~18岁少年儿童服务的服务资源、服务政策、服务内容和要求、服务宣传、合作共享、服务绩效评价等内容。
本标准适用于县（区)级以上公共图书馆（包括少年儿童图书馆)。乡镇（街道)、村（社区)图书馆（图书室)以及社会力量举办的各类公共图书馆基层服务点可参照执行。
